GENERAL TICKET QUESTIONS

Can I cancel or return my tickets?

Tickets are excluded from return.

We offer tickets in the area of leisure activities within a specific date or period. According to § 312g para. 2 sentence 1 no. 9 BGB, this offer is not distance contracts. The revocation of a contract or the return of tickets according to § 312g para. 2 sentence 1 no. 9 BGB is excluded.

If the event has been cancelled or postponed, we will inform all ticket buyers promptly by e-mail. This e-mail contains all the necessary information.

I have not received an email, although the payment has been made.

There can be several reasons for this (e-mail address mistyped, firewall of the e-mail provider, spam, etc.). The fastest way we can help you is to send us proof of payment for your order.

My event has been postponed/cancelled. What now?

If you have already learned about a cancellation or postponement on social networks such as Instagram or Facebook, we ask you for a little patience.

As soon as we are informed by our partners (venues, co-organizers etc.) about a cancellation or postponement, all ticket buyers will receive an e-mail in a timely manner. In this email you will find all relevant information.

Can I sell or give away my tickets?

You are welcome to resell or give away your tickets.

If the tickets are personalized, the new data of the participants must be stored in our self-service portal so that the new ticket buyer can be granted access to the event.

If you sell the tickets to people you don't know, we recommend Ticketswap.

I have a question about an event. Who can help me?

I left my ticket at home or lost it. What now?

You can download your tickets at any time in our self-service portal. Whether you bought the tickets as a print@home or as a shipping ticket. 

Does my ticket include the use of bus and train in local transport?

If you see the public transport logo on your ticket, your ticket includes the use of bus and train. Some tickets also include a ticket for bus and train without the public transport logo. In these cases, there is an info in the shop or in the portal.

If there is no public transport logo on your ticket or there is no information in the shop, you definitely need an additional public transport ticket.
